The Cenla Chapter of the Louisiana Restaurant Association consists of approximately 200 plus members in its respective region. Meetings of the CenLa Chapter are typically held in the Alexandria/Pineville area on a monthly basis. The leadership of the CenLA Chapter is elected annually.

Vice President, Treasurer, Nick Carrozza, Jr., is General Manager of Critic's Choice Uptown in Alexandria and has served on the Cenla Chapter Board since 2001. Nick also serves on the Board of the Alexandria Pineville Area Convention & Visitors Bureau representing the CenLa Chapter LRA, since 2005.

Secretary, Cindy Hasty, works for Harlow's Bakery in Pineville, La. and has served on the CenLa Chapter Board since 1999.

Director, Zurben Barras, is Proprietor of Outback Steakhouse has served on the CenLa Chapter Board since 1998. Zurben has served as Director, Vice President and President of the Chapter and Chairman for the "Taste of Mardi Gras."

Director, Eric Ross, is Area Manager for B & G Food Enterprises, d/b/a Taco Bell Restaurants and has served on the Cenla Chapter Board since 1997. Eric has served as Director, Vice President  and President and has chaired the "Taste of Mardi Gras."  Eric currently serves on the LRA State Board of Directors since 2003.

Director, Steve Hill, is a Sales Representative for Ben E Keith Foodservice Distributors and has served on the CenLa Chapter Board of Directors since 2002.

Director, Scotty Thiels, is a Sales Representative for Sysco Foodservice of Jackson, MS. and has served on the Cenla Chapter Board of Directors since 1999. Scotty has served as Director, President and Taste of Mardi Gras" chairman and aslo represented the Chapter on the Alexandria Pineville Area Convention & Visitors Bureau Board for  two years.

Director, Dave Clabo, is the Division Manager for I.E.S.I. of Louisiana in Alexandria and has served on the Cenla Chapter Board of Directors since 2002.

Director, Lee Guinn, is owner of Spirits Food & Friends in Alexandria and has served on the Cenla Chapter Board of Directors since 2006.

Director, Carla Robertson, is a Sales Representative for Alexandria Coca Cola and has served on the Cenla Chapter Board of Directors since 2000.

Director Dan Ahrens, is Owner/Operator of Eddie's BBQ restaurants in Alexandria and has served on the CenLa Chapter Board of Directors since 1998. Dan has served as Director, Vice President and President and Chairman of the "Taste of Mardi Gras." Dan also represented the Chapter on the Alexandria Pineville Area Convention & Visitors Bureau for 2 years.
