The CenLa Chapter of the Louisiana Retaurant Association's office is based in Central Louisiana in Rapides Parish. The Chapter covers a large geographical area from Mississippi to Texas and includes the parishes of Avoyelles, Catahoula, Concordia, Grant, Lasalle, Natchitoches, Rapides, Sabine, Vernon and Winn.
The Cenla Chapter of the Louisiana Restaurant Association consists of approximately 200 plus members in its respective region. Meetings of the CenLa Chapter are typically held in the Alexandria/Pineville area on a monthly basis. The leadership of the CenLA Chapter is elected annually.

CenLA Regional Director, Jacqueline Whittle
Jacqueline Whittle, is the new CenLA Regional Director for the Louisiana Restaurant Association since February 2010. Her basic responsibilities include membership sales and retention, and worker's compensation sales and retention. Cenla Regional Director, Jamie Lemoine, March 1987 - Feb. 28, 2010
Jamie Lemoine, was the CenLA Regional Director for the Louisiana Restaurant Association from March 1987 to March 2010. Her basic responsibilities included membership sales and retention, and worker's compensation sales and retention. She is a meeting planner and also handled public relations for the Central Louisiana Chapter LRA. She is ServSafe certified and proctored recertification examinations for the National Restaurant Association. She is an instructor, Certified under the La. Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control's Responsible Vendor program to teach the LRA's "LA. Best" Server training course since 1999. She is also the coordinator for CenLA Chapter LRA's annual fundraiser "Taste of Mardi Gras" a very successful event held in Alexandria annually. While employed by the LRA, Jamie became a realtor in 1996 on a part-time basis and has since left the LRA to pursue her real estate career. She currently holds her license at NAI Noles Frye Realty, LLC. A Latter & Blum Company in Alexandria and specializes in Restaurant and Hospitality Sales and leasing in Central Louisiana. Jamie is proud of her roots in CenLA and enjoys the many relationships she has grown thru the LRA as Director for over 23 years. President: Lee Guinn, Owner/Operator of T.L. Ventures, LLC d/b/a Spirit's Food & Friends and has served on the CenLa Chapter Board of Directors since 2006. Class "A" Member. Lee currently serves on the Alexandria Pineville Area Convention & Visitors Bureau Board of Directors fot the Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce since 2008.
1st Vice President, Chris Meyer, is Proprietor of Outback Steakhouse has served on the CenLa Chapter Board of Directors since January 2009. Class "A" Member.
2nd Vice President, Steve Hill, is a Sales Representative for Ben E. Keith Foodservice of Jackson, MS. and has served on the CenLa Chapter Board of Directors since 2002. Class "B" Member.
Secretary, Lisa Seay, Assistant Manager of Copeland's of New Orleans in Alexandria and has served on the Cenla Chapter Board of Directors since 2007. Class "A" Member.
Treasurer, Nick Carrozza, Jr., General Manager of Critic's Choice Uptown in Alexandria and has served on the Cenla Chapter Board of Directors since 2001. Past- President, Rob Antoon, is an Attorney and Operator of Antoon Hospitality Group, LLC d/b/a Popeye's Fried Chicken Restaurants, Outlaw's BBQ Restaurants and Taco Bueno restaurant in Central Louisiana. He has served as CenLA Chapter President since 2006 and was Chairman of the "Taste of Mardi Gras" fundraiser in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Director, Eric Ross, is Area Manager for B & G Food Enterprises, d/b/a Taco Bell Restaurants and has served on the Cenla Chapter Board since 1997. Eric has served as Director, Vice President and President and has chaired the "Taste of Mardi Gras." Eric currently serves on the LRA State Board of Directors since 2003. Class "A" Member. Eric also currently serves on the Alexandria Pineville Area Convention & Viisitors Bureau Board of Directors 2009 representing the Cenla Chapter LRA.
